Forum:

The Mastery Circle is structured to allow men to be honest with each other about their lives in a confidential way. The circle's goal is to allow men to bring in their problems or struggles in an open forum to help them make better decisions, take decisive action and create better lives for themselves and their loved ones.

Guided Processes:

The processes involved are meant to unearth blind spots, teach emotional intelligence, practice decisive action and let men find and follow their purpose in life. The work is based on the foundational Conscious Relationship Course by Phil T. Mistlberger and the Arka Brotherhood methodology based in Vancouver, Canada. The work is informed by some of the greatest minds in history especially Carl Jung, Friedrich Nietzsche, Osho, Gurdjieff, Ernest Becker, Joseph Campbell, David Deida, Musashi, Marcus Aurelius and Zen Buddhism.

The key ingredient to being successful in the circle is effort. Any man who brings his energy and willpower to the group is welcomed.

Facilitator: Steven Sal Debus

Steven is a lifelong entrepreneur having founded many successful companies over the years. In 2015, he completed 6 months of Conscious Relationship Training with Phill T. Mistlberger and then joined the Samurai Brotherhood in 2016. He started leading squads in 2017. He then helped the organization transition into the Arka Brotherhood and currently advises and leads the Forsetti Squad and an Entrepreneurs Squad. After 10 years of study Steve created The Hero Formula, a course to help men find real happiness, meaning and purpose.
